Warren Chung, P.Eng.
President
Mr. Warren Chung oversees Well Resources' process licensing and project development divisions. With a specialized expertise in oil and gas asset valuation, his previous work has supported both public and private companies through audits, acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs. Mr. Chung has additional experience in engineering design and construction management, having been involved in major projects ranging from upgrader expansions to industrial and residential utility servicing.

Mr. Chung holds a BSc degree with distinction in chemical biomedical engineering from the University of Alberta. He is a registered professional engineer in the province of Alberta.
Keng H. Chung, Ph.D., P.Eng., FCAE, FEC, FGC (Hon.)
Vice President of Technology
Dr. Keng H. Chung oversees Well Resources' research and technology development divisions. With over 40 years of experience in the petroleum industry, Dr. Chung has become a renowned expert in the areas of petroleum operations, process troubleshooting, green energy, and sustainable development. He performs consulting work for government bodies, investment banks, and multinational corporations, and he has earned numerous commendations throughout his career, including the coveted Alberta Science and Technology (ASTech) Leadership award.
As a co-inventor of the SELEX-Asp process, Dr. Chung also pioneered several other commercial processes and novel technologies used in the petroleum industry. He has published more than 300 papers in refereed journals, 120 company reports, holds more than 20 patents, and has supervised more than 50 post-doctorate fellows over his career.
Dr. Chung received his BSc and MSc degrees in chemical engineering from Queen’s University and his PhD in chemical and petroleum engineering from the University of Calgary. He is a registered professional engineer in the province of Alberta, a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of Engineers Canada, and an Honorary Fellow of Geoscientists Canada.
Orkhan Aghayev
Project Manager
Mr. Orkhan Aghayev supports the implementation of commercial energy projects in Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With an emphasis on quality, timeliness, and safety, he works closely with Well Resources' overseas clients and partners to ensure projects are a success from commencement to completion. Mr. Aghayev manages all aspects of project communication, serves as a relationship manager, develops and monitors project schedules and costs, and is responsible for contract management.

Mr. Aghayev has a 10-year track record in successfully leading construction projects and managing a diverse team of contractors. He is fluent in Russian, Turkish, Azerbaijani, and English, and is proficient in remote and onsite troubleshooting.
